Day one:
What have I been getting up today?
Today as my 2 tasks I don't really want to do, but needs doing... I have tackled my laundry basket, wow itโs about 3 laundry baskets in height! Of course itโs not totally done, but if you do a little each day, itโll be so much easier and I have done a food shop online. I find food shopping so boring!
As my fun activity today! We went to see a ballet! Shen yun, it was so amazing ๐ฉฐ
I love ballet, I used to do it myself but had to stop due to ill health. Even if your health stops you from doing things, there are always ways you can still have it in your life, you may not be able to dance, but you can watch others, go to shows or even collect keep sakes or try it at home and take it slow! Just because you canโt do something anymore, doesnโt mean you should forget about it, theres always another way to look at something. Thinking in a positive life rather than a negative can help us to live a more happier, calmer and a more successful life ๐ซถ๐ป
