✨ Let’s start with a big celebration! This year is all about you and finding your sparkle! 

✨ We are going to take back control of our bodies and mind. There may be ups and downs… but with great determination and the right positive mind set, you will be able to achieve great things. 

✨ I will be helping you along the way!

✨ Go grab a pen, because we are going to write down a list of everything that you think is causing your poor mental health. Once you have written this list, I want you to cross off everything you cannot change. This may be a chronic illness for example. Now that you have done this, you should have all the things down that you can change!

✨ I want you to set yourself little goals each day to achieve these. After time, you will have accomplished these, breaking free little by little. The more you start to do, the more easier it will become. You may not feel like it now, but with great determination, you can beat this! 

✨ Only you can change your life. Stop letting the depression, anxiety and stress take over. It’s YOU who is in charge of your own life!
