Telling someone how you feel is really important. Especially when it comes to your mental health.

Someone is always there for you and wants to help you! That may be family, friends or health care professionals.

Hiding your feelings can make your mental health a lot worse and could even lead to very severe mental health.

We are all here to help each other and you are NOT a bother.

Telling someone is a great way to get things off your chest and the person who is there to help, can also help you to conquer what ever is bothering you and even help you with your emotions in general.

✨ We are going to let our sparkle shine! Not bottle it up! What happens when you over fill a water bottle? It over fills. For us, this means we are carrying to much on our shoulders, we need to express how we feel so that we don’t over fill with emotion.
