Do you ever have thoughts or feelings that spiral out of control leading to worse anxiety, depression, more stress or even panic attacks? Like a train wreck reaction - One thing can set everything off - One thought after another. This is where you think of one thing, then have nothing but bad thoughts, leading to a spiral of negative thoughts, For example feeling ill or over doing it when you do not have 100% to give or another example… Did someone upset you today and maybe they didn’t realise or maybe they did mean it and now you’re thinking about nothing but negative scenario's in your head about it? Maybe even thinking of things that haven’t happened yet and turns out in the end it was all ok or the event or results turned out great!
You start abusing yourself like you’re not worth it. You start to give up on everything. We all do this! It’s important when you realise you are going to feel the way you feel, but let’s be realistic. Theres nothing we can do in bad situations and the most important thing is to not carry it on in your head. We don’t need to carry this on our shoulders. It’s happened now, let’s carry on and say RIGHT what can we do instead? Or if that person doesn’t appreciate me maybe they are not worth being in my life!
In stead of thinking of the negatives, lets try to look at the positives and lets have a positive spiral instead of a negative spiral! Now I’m not saying let’s just forget about anything negative. It’s ok to be upset, cry and be angry, but it’s how we deal with our emotions and how we take back control of our minds.
