We all worry and think of the worst case scenario. Most of the time it doesn’t even happen. We have a massive build up of worry and stress which does us no good at all. It always works out in the end doesn't it?

Ways to destress the mind & stop overthinking:
Bring your mind back into your body with:
- 5 things you can see
- 4 things you can touch
- 3 things you can hear
- 2 things you can smell
- 1 thing you can taste
✨ Breathe in for 4 → hold for 4 → out for 4 → hold for 4.
Repeat for 1–2 minutes. This physically calms your nervous system.
✨ Say to yourself or write it down in a diary. Unload your thoughts. It’s a great way to get it off your chest.
“I’m feeling overwhelmed because…”
✨ Drink a lovely cup of warm herbal tea
✨ Do your favourite activity/ hobby
✨ Make time for yourself
✨ Prioritise
✨ Have a plan & follow it
I hope these tips help.
I hope you have a lovely day.
All the best,
