🥇 7 Day Challenge - Let’s Reset 🏆🏃🏼‍♀️

I have a challenge for you!

✨ January has been rough for a lot of us. I think it’s time we take a step back and get back on track. A factory reset.

STARTING TOMORROW - 29th January 2025 ✨

I want us to do 3 things each day for 7 days straight.

1st thing I want us to do, is something fun or something you really enjoy! Maybe that’s a hobby, exercising, baking, gaming, going to see a friend, shopping, gardening or playing with your pets you name it, what ever you like!

The 2 other things I want you to do are, 2 things that need doing such as a chore. Maybe you have a massive stack of laundry or the dishes need doing. Maybe you have homework or need to clean the house in general. Maybe you have somewhere/something to go or do, Maybe you need to go food shopping... Maybe you have a class or need to clean your fish tank! Maybe your personal hygiene has slipped and the thought of a bath or shower is intimidating when you have a list of jobs that need doing. The list is endless am I right?

Don’t go overboard on the things you need to do, go small, pick 1 complete it then pick another. Make sure you are doing something fun you enjoy every day too! This doesn’t only help boost morale, but it’s good for your soul! No one want’s to do nothing but work and chores all day. It will bring you down over time. It’s important you do something fun everyday and it should be something you enjoy.

Doing these 3 things each day will help you to get back in control of your life and routine a little bit more. You may even want to carry on this method!
