I made noodles and crispy pancakes for my lunch today 🍜 What did you have? Remember to eat something yummy & nutritious, 3 times everyday! Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Your body needs fuel and energy to function, recover and grow.

Only you can change your own life, you can do this by setting little goals for yourself each day, this way it won't feel overwhelming and you will then be able to achieve the goals, by doing them in little bits. Start small and put YOU first. You deserve the life you dream of and don't ever give up, you got this!

Recently ... my asthma has been so bad that I'm on 11 tablets a day! Plus inhalers 🤕 I hope they work ! 🤧
Isn't it hard being ill and having to keep up with life? Just remember to take care of yourself, your health and well being comes before anything ok?

Sometimes, we can't do what other people can do due to ill health. That doesn't mean you can't do it! The best thing you can do, is to do that task differently. Does it matter the way you do it? If it means you can still do it, go for it! Don't let your poor health stop you achiving everything you want in life. It may take you longer... but thats ok! I'm proud of you for trying and now you can achive your goals 💕

Don't settle because its easy. You can get where you want to be in life with determination and will power. All you have to do is DO IT!
You will feel out of your comfort zone and you may lose people along the way... but once you get past all that and upgrade your own life, you will feel so much better and achiving your dream goals is where you want to be! Even if it means changing your whole life. Its possible, start small and work your way up in little steps, no one succeeds first time!
Don't be disheartened if you get loads of set backs, get up and try again. Keep trying and don't give up! We can only learn from our mistakes. Just because you fail a few times doesn't mean you have to stop or give up all together. Keep going!

It will be uncomfortable at first, you will hate it! but after a while... you will get used to it and it will be your new comfort zone. You can't achieve your goals by doing nothing, make yourself small goals to follow each week or month and what yourself grow!

2023 is going to look a lot like 2022 if you don't get out of your comfort zone. It's time to change.
No one feels comfortable trying new things or changing routine, but once you get into that new routine, it will start to feel good and then you will be on your way to your new happier life that you have alway been dreaming of!
Taking that first step can be hard, but don't give up. Only YOU can change your life, no one can do it for you. That (help or miracle) you're waiting for... It doesn't exist. It's you that has to do it and push through with determination and willpower.

One thing I have realised is that everything in the end always works out. Sometimes even way better than you can imagine! We often worry for nothing and in the end it'll work out not matter what. Some things we can't change but sometimes we have to accept the things we cannot change and move on from it, otherwise you cannot grow. Try not to worry and remember this the next time you are in a dark place, you'll get through it 🫶

Christmas is fast approaching and can be quite stressful or heartbreaking for some.
Please don't feel like you have to "take part" or "up your game" this time of year. People often go overboard buying gifts, which might make you feel guilty your not buying enough.
No matter how big or small the gift ... it should be cherished and appreciated, not everyones budget is the same. You should only buy what you can afford. Christmas is more than gifts, it's about spending time with loved ones and celebrating! weather gifts are involved or not you can make it an amazing day and if you don't want to celebrate it at all, thats fine!
So many people find Christmas stressful because they are trying to make it the perfect day and I'm here to tell you that you don't need to control it so much! You'd enjoy the day a lot more if you just let it happen and enjoy what you have.
Doing an act of kindness is a great way to spread love, kindness and Christmas cheer this time of year! for example... you could donate your unwanted items such as clothing and blankets to people who need them more, donate to charities, help to feed the hungry, visit your nearest shelter or even make someone laugh or smile! making someone smile is the best, you never know what people are going through and you just might make their day!

Do you have a hobby? Having a hobby is a great way to forget your problems for a while and to just let go and have fun! Having a hobby or passion in life will help you to enjoy your life a little more and you never know, you might even end up doing it as your job! for example, selling your craft items you made!
My hobby is crafts, I can make anything! Crafting is a good hobby for those who have chronic illnesses like myself or aren't able to move about a lot. There are many more hobbies that you can do if crafting isnt your thing! There's: Gardening, Cooking, Painting, Drawing, Writing, Reading, Book clubs, Computers, Gaming, Any kind of sports such as: Football, Ballet, Yoga, Swimming, Karate and so on... You could do anything you like!
Doing something YOU enjoy at-least once a day will make you much more happier and fulfilled. Start doing things that you want to do!

STOP SAYING "I CAN'T" and start saying "I CAN". This negative attitude is stopping you from doing things! There's no need to worry, whats the worst that can happen? you fail? but then you try again! no ones perfect first time, keep your head up high and keep trying! don't let it stop you from getting what you want in life.
The more positive you think, the better your life will become.
You need to have faith in yourself! be your own cheer leader - YOU CAN DO IT... Now, if I hear you saying you can't again, I will be very cross with you!
Anyone can achieve anything if you put your mind to it, no matter who you are, no matter what age! All as it takes... is effort and determination.

Sometimes we make excuses, which stops us from achieving our life goals. Changing your way of thinking and changing old bad habits will help you achieving your dreams or life goals.

I bought some battery press on lights from Amazon - you get 6 for £15 and can have them on loads of different settings and colours: normal white, block rainbow colours - 12 to choose from! rainbow fade mode (fading from one colour to the next) and you can set them on a 30-60min timer, comes with a handy remote!

People will judge you no matter what - so do what YOU want and stop doing things other people want or tell you to do, to get liked or acceptance. Don't let them rule you. It's your life and you should live it how you want to, even if it means not fitting in or being liked by someone.

🎃 It's hard to be happy and positive when everything and everyone around you is negative. Changing the way you think and see things is a great way to start, for example: Instead of saying I'm going to hate going this new place today... Say: I'm excited to try this new place today and I'm excited to give new things a try!
🎃 Having a positive mind set will not only put you in a happier state, but will make you believe in yourself more, have a better outlook on life and set you up for success.

It's 12am...
Sleeping is hard when your mind is full of thoughts 🗣
✨ Writing down what's on your mind can be a great way to unload your thoughts. If you click on the drop down menu on the right hand side of my website, go to free downloads, you can print off your own diary tracker, there you can track your thoughts, write down your goals, sleep, water intake and much more!
✨ My favorite thing to wind down before bed, is to have a nice hot lemon and ginger tea. I add a fresh slice of lemon and a tea spoon of honey in too for extra!
✨ Cuddle up reading your favorite book, listen to an audio book on Audible or listen to calming music.
✨ Listening to some ASMR might be your thing! There are lots of free videos on Youtube.
✨ If you have been reading my online book, make sure you follow my steps and you will be asleep in no time 💕
✨ Meditation before bed is another great way to helping you fall asleep!
🚫 No No's before bed 🚫
❌ Don't have caffine at least 4hrs before bed. This includes thing's like coffee, energy drinks, fizzy drinks such as cola.
❌ Things high in sugar.
❌ Looking at screens. Blue light is proven to keep you awake.
❌ Poor nutrition diets.
❌ Being too productive afew hrs before bed. (Not being productive during the day won't help either).
✨ Just remember to stay calm and don't stress about it. If you're unable to fall asleep and it's 3am! Try getting up, make yourself a nice hot drink and try again. Sometimes getting up, having a little walk to the kitchen, instead of staying in bed all night stressing about not being able to fall asleep, can help you fall asleep!

✨ What have you all been doing today? It's ok to do nothing at all sometimes - Remember you can do what you want, when you want, theres no set rules! being productive can sparkle joy sometimes though, giving you a sense of success and achievement!
