Today is world mental health day,
Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of, you're not alone and there is help out there. I hope my self help guide helps and remember not to give up β¨

π¨ Self harm and feeling suicidal is an emergency, please dont feel like you're a burden to the hospital, because you're not! it's their job to help you!
If you are wanting emergency help you can contact the Samaritans or the NHS Every Mind Matters team free of charge: Take a look through their websites, they offer all kinds of support. If you are having suicidal thoughts or just really need to speak to someone now because you're really struggling, they are avalible 24/7. Don't feel like you're being a burden! These people want to help no matter what time it is and no matter how serious your situation is! See websites below β¨
