🥇 7 Day Challenge - Let’s Reset 🏆🏃🏼‍♀️Day 4/7

It’s February already 😮 The past month has flown hasn’t it?! Did you get up too much?

As my two tasks today, I went for a little walk and did the dishes. I had to call in sick due to ill health (Endometriosis) again! I did however get stronger painkillers! Chronic health conditions are hard to cope with, but it’s important to take a break from time to time if needed and get the support you need.

You can also ask your work place to put accomidationis in place if needed. They will be happy to help you where possible. Friends and family could also help! Even if it’s doing some chores for you, maybe collecting your medication for you, helping you to bathe, brush your hair or cooking you meals. You don’t have to suffer with chronic illness, ask for the help you need, don’t hurt yourself trying to do everything when you don’t have 100% to give. People will be happy to help you out. You may feel like a burden but you’re not! You deserve to be looked after and it will help you to recover.

Got to love Twilight 🧛🐺
Followed by Benidorm 🏝️☀️

✨ Comment down below what you have been getting up to today ✨

🏆 Bonus point if you have achieved something today! We did the dishes so that’s a bonus point for me! Sharing the chores in your house hold get’s them done faster and it’s less effort for you, giving you more energy! Don’t do it all yourself!

I hope your day has been a good day today, keep going and let’s catch up tomorrow!
