Day 7:
π₯³ We did it! You accomplished so much this week!
π Iβm so proud of you! Keep going now, hopefully these little day to day changes have helped you to get back on top of your life a little more. It helps to keep your days structured and worry free, as youβre not over doing it everyday.
Now you are doing 2 tasks and 1 fun activity each day, you may start doing them without even thinking! Eventually it becomes apart of your routine and wonβt take up space in your brain.

Do you now see how much easier it is doing a task a splitting it up into smaller parts, rather then doing it all in one go and exhausting yourself on day one before youβve even started your week? Itβs important to take it easy and do little bits each day. The same goes for your goals and dreams!

Remember to ask people for help if you need it. Itβs a great way to get the help you need. You are not a burden, people want to help you.
We all deserve a happy fulfilled life!

π I achieved something! I completed my challenge to help you, the reader to help you get back on track! I hope my little technique helped you to stay on track, stay focused and gave you a sense of routine again. I know itβs hard getting back up after a bad spell. Just remember a little at a time.
