Urgent support - Every Mind Matters
If you’re in distress or feel unable to cope or keep yourself safe, there are organisations that can support you right now.

✨ I just wanted to let you know you're not alone and that you are strong. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and there are alot of self help and professional help out there, all you need to do is reach out.

✨ I hope you're ok and that you recover quickly, I know it's tough right now but people care about you and you can overcome this with a little help.

Sometimes, we never realise just how much our words can affect someone.

A comment that may seem small or harmless to you can stay in another person’s mind for years. When someone is already struggling, words can feel much heavier than we realise. That’s why kindness matters. You never truly know what someone is going through behind closed doors.

How can we help?

✨ Check in with the people you care about. Listen without judging or trying to immediately fix everything. Remind them that they aren’t a burden. Take what they say seriously. Encourage them to speak to someone they trust or seek professional support. Keep showing up — even a simple “I’m here if you need me” can mean so much.

If you are struggling, please don’t feel like you have to carry everything alone. Talking about how you feel isn’t attention-seeking or a burden. Your feelings deserve to be heard, and help is available.

“You never know the battles someone is fighting. Choose kindness. Your words matter”

No one should have to suffer in silence.
