Making small achievable steps each day will help you to feel less overwhelmed. This way you won't feel stressed and it will not feel like a task and more like an achievement. Picture your goal, make a list and start small. You'll get there - have patience and with effort will come real outcomes.

In order to break free, you need to change your habits and behaviours. The habits we get ourselves into can change the way you think and see things. Our brains can trick us and we need to change the way we think in order to grow and blossom. Don't let your mind imprison you.

✨ I went to Ikea - It was very busy! Although we found some furniture we were looking for. We have also made some little his and her flower pots to decorate the kitchen window!
