Sometimes we all need to stop what were doing and take a break. Taking a break will help you to feel calm again and a great way to reset!

✨ Life's not all about work and chores, remember that. It doesn't have to be expensive either. Walks are free!

We went to the lake district for a few days and it was so nice to just forget everything and relax! Even if it was raining most of the time 🫢😂

We found a cute little remote farm house! Away from busy streets and roads. It was lovely.

Took a little trip into Penrith and got these amazing cupcakes! Yes ... they're all mine and they were delicious!

I now want to make cookie monster cup cakes! Who's good at baking? You should try to create these 😇 Baking is a great hobby and helps to take your mind off things.
We also went on a lovely waterfall walk! 

Taking a break allows your body to relax and regenerate. It also allows you to enjoy yourself. Instead of being trapped in a work, chore cycle. It'll allow you to just let go and enjoy the moment. Take some time to yourself and forget work and problems at home for a little while. Take some well deserved time off! You're allowed to!
