Reaching out is the first step to recovery. This could be telling your parents, partner, your close friend, your doctor or therapist. Telling someone enables you to have that support you need. Having that support system around you, will give you that sense of care and love that you need. Telling someone your problems or even writing them down can help to take a load off!
