In order to grow and break free from poor mental health, you must change your habits in order to sparkle.
Sometimes, we get into habits without even realising and could be the reason why you feel the way you do. Breaking that poor habit, will help you break free from whats trapping you inside. Maybe it’s the outlook you have on things and life? Maybe you are preventing yourself from doing things, which will later end in depression, anxiety and even stress.
Christmas is just round the corner and for many, could be a stressful and lonely time. Just being there for someone could make their entire day!
Just remember, you don’t need to go crazy this Christmas and try not to prevent yourself from enjoying this time of year, due to mental health. It’s time to break this routine and try something new! You never know… you might enjoy it and everyone deserves to enjoy themselves, just remember that! It doesn’t need to be a stressful time of year, you can celebrate Christmas however you like!
You are preventing yourself from having fun and thats the depression talking NOT YOU! It’s like you’re trapped inside your own body... We need to break free of these thoughts and feelings and you have come to the right place!
I know it’s hard when you’re suffering really bad with mental health (I’ve been there) but we have to be strong and make ourselves do things that we enjoy, push ourselves out of our comfort zones. Once we start to do this little by little - With routine in place, you will start to notice your mental health is improving… You’re no longer in bed all day, you will want to go out and do something!
It will get better, but only you can change it. There’s no magic cure but, with my help and your will power, you can beat this!
All the best,
Rachel Spooner 🫶🏻
